Eric Rutz & Kenny Edkin were scheduled to start on the front row of the April 14 make-up feature at BAPS Motor Speedway. Unfortunately, those drivers along with a few others were not able to attend Saturday's event. After re-shuffling the lineup that put Brett Perigo & Craig Perigo on the front row.
Craig pulled out front on the green with Brett in tow. Brett experienced some ongoing motor issues that the team thought they had ironed out and was forced to retire from the race early. Craig sliced through traffic and gained a dominating lead on second running Brandon Shearer.
Late in the race Ondek's radiator was packed full of mud and the left side header blew out, Ondek was able to exit the speedway. Unfortunately, at the same time Trent Yoder's machine came to a stop at the end of the front stretch after a radiator hose blew and covered a bit of the track surface. Trent did get some minor burns from the back spray.
Craig Perigo led the field back to green continuing his dominating pace and taking his 4th checkered flag of the season. This makes 2 wins on the season for Perigo in the Faulkner Subaru of Mechanicsburg Wingless Tour Series.
